Job summary

Spring Branch ISD is seeking a Color Guard Technician to assist the band director with preparing and teaching color guard routines and marching drills. The role requires a high school diploma and experience working with children and teaching color guard equipment.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate effective communication skills and the ability to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends. This position may require travel and involves regular in-person interaction with students and the public.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience teaching and performing with color guard equipment is preferred.
• Ability to work irregular hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist band director with teaching routines and marching drills.
• Help maintain class organization and equipment.
• Conduct instructional exercises with students.
