Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to work with wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, answer questions about our products, and recommend solutions. You will resolve customer concerns and help maintain high quality and visual standards while contributing to the store's sales goals.

This role involves in-store and phone assistance, processing transactions, stocking shelves, tinting and mixing products as needed, and staying current on product features

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs on occasion.
• Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
• For internal Sherwin-Williams associates, a rating of at least 'meets expectations' may be required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Load/unload delivery trucks.
• Assist in making deliveries, as needed.
