Madison Reed, Inc. is seeking a General Manager - Licensed Cosmetologist for our Hair Color Bar in Torrance, CA. You will lead a team of Colorists and Front-of-House staff to deliver an exceptional guest experience while driving sales, memberships, and service excellence.

The role reports to the District Manager, requires weekend/holiday availability, and offers a base salary of $70,304.00 with potential monthly bonuses. Geography, skills, and experience influence starting pay.

Formación

• Active cosmetology license in the applicable state.
• 2+ years of salon and retail experience.
• 2+ years of operational management experience.
• 2+ years supervising and hiring/training staff.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate and develop leadership to deliver top-tier guest experiences.
• Lead sales and service behaviors to resolve guest issues.
• Ensure staffing, operations, and adherence to SOPs across front-of-house and services.
• Master all Madison Reed color bar services and assist behind the chair as needed.
• Support district manager with training and on-site visits.
• Hit monthly sales goals for retail, services and memberships.
• Maintain cleanliness, merchandising, inventory, and asset security.
