Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
• Demonstrable mechanical skills and knowledge.
• Technical training or commensurate technical experience required.
• Valid Driver’s License and ASE certifications encouraged.
• State inspection/emissions license required by state and manufacturer training provided by HAG.

Responsibilities

• Examines customer vehicles.
• Identifies necessary vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Estimates cost of repairs.
• Performs vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Documents services performed.
• Maintains CSI at or above company standards.
• Follows dealership and manufacturer service guidelines.
