Job summary

Hendrick Automotive Group is seeking a Collision Center Technician to identify and perform body repair work in line with factory and Collision Center specifications. This role involves examining damage, estimating costs, requesting parts, and completing repairs in a fast-paced service area.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma, 5+ years of experience, and a valid Driver’s License. Expect to operate dealership software, document work, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting repair manuals and instructions.
• Experience with dealership software and parts ordering systems.

Responsibilities

• Examine damage on customer vehicles and identify required body repair work.
• Estimate costs for body work and request necessary parts.
• Perform body repairs and replace damaged parts.
• Document repairs performed and parts used in the system.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and adhere to company guidelines.
• Follow quality standards and CSI targets.
