Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Collision/Body Technician (Flat Rate) to join our growing team. The technician will diagnose and repair RV bodies and paint, track parts, and ensure quality while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Prior body/paint repair experience and a valid driver’s license are preferred. Certification from a college or technical school in a trade field is helpful but not required, with RVIA certification being a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• Certification from college or technical school in a trade field is helpful but not required.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostics for repairing RV equipment and structures.
• Determine best product for repair and customize/repair RV per work orders.
• Execute work orders and perform body and paint repair.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area and follow safety procedures.
• Notify supervisor of progress and ensure final work meets quality standards.

A successful Collision/Body Technician will have strong attention to detail, be self-motivated, background in body/paint repair and well-versed in all paint and body repair equipment.What You’ll Do:Provide and document complete diagnostics for repairing recreational vehicle equipment and structures. Determine best product for repair.Customize and repair RV in accordance with work orders.
