Gerber Collision & Glass, part of The Boyd Group, is hiring for a role focused on front-facing customer service and shop support in Michigan. You will perform interior and exterior vehicle prep tasks, assist with cleaning, and help move vehicles between locations.

This position requires basic automotive familiarity and a valid driver’s license. Candidates should be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, maintain a high level of accuracy, and uphold safety standards.

Competenze

• High School diploma / GED preferred.
• Ability to multitask.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Clear close vision required.
• 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Maintain daily housekeeping of the interior office and production areas.
• Keep parking lots and grounds neat and orderly.
• Pre-washes and cleanups of customer vehicles before and after repairs.
• Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations as needed.
• Assist with general shop duties and safety compliance.
