• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: tightened bolts and welds, no excuses.
• Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude: collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specifications.
• Full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Panel and structural work to restore original specs.
• Quality reassembly with precise fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the center.
