Caliber Collision – Service Center Greenwood Village is hiring a skilled collision technician. Daily tasks include blueprinting and executing repairs, repairing panels and structural components, and ensuring final fits meet factory specs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural knowledge for pulling, straightening and squaring components.
• Attention to detail with precise repairs and outcomes.
• Collaborative, team-focused approach with other shop staff.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work physically demanding jobs.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with clean, precise methods.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
• Repair panels and structural components to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and finish to specs.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
