Caliber Collision Rockville is seeking skilled collision repair technicians to join our team. You will repair vehicles from minor dings to full-frame rebuilds using modern equipment, while collaborating with painters, estimators, and front-office staff in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• Two years experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, and square components.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Attention to detail: tightened bolts, precise repairs, quality finishes.

Responsabilités

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repairs from dings to frame rebuilds.
• Work on panels and structural components to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with teammates across shop operations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
