Caliber Collision in North Richland Hills, TX is hiring for a hands-on Collision Repair Technician. You will repair vehicles from minor dents to frame rebuilds, using blueprinting and precise techniques to restore factory specs.

The role requires two years of experience, frame/structural know-how, and a team-first mindset. You will work with painters, estimators, and front office staff to deliver quality repairs, maintain safety, and ensure efficiency.

Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how; ability to pull, straighten, and square.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time with attention to detail.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a physical shop.
• Team-first attitude collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from Fender to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with finish in mind.
• Work as a team and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
