Job summary

Caliber is seeking skilled collision repair technicians at the Huntsville University Service Center. You will perform full collision repairs, from fender benders to frame rebuilds, ensuring work meets factory specifications.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience, strong frame and structural know-how, and a no-shortcuts mentality. You must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square frames.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; ensure tightened bolts, precise welds, and quality work.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs.
• Full collision repair—from minor to major frame work.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently.
• Keep the work area clean and safe.
