Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural knowledge required (pull, straighten, square).
• No-shortcuts approach; blueprint and repair to first-time accuracy.
• Detail-focused with precise bolt tightening and welding.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Do panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
