Job summary

Caliber Collision Tampa - Carrollwood is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to join our team. You will perform blueprinting, frame straightening, and full collision repairs on vehicles, collaborating with painters, estimators, and front-office staff.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how; ability to pull, straighten and square.
• Blueprint and execute repairs with accuracy and no shortcuts.
• Attention to detail in bolts and welds; high quality workmanship.
• Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented with collaboration across body shop roles.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from fender to frame.
• Handle panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and finish to industry standards.
• Work as a team to move vehicles efficiently through the shop.
