Job summary

Caliber Service Center St Petersburg is seeking an experienced auto body technician to repair frames, panels and components to factory specs. You will blueprint, straighten, and rebuild damaged structures using precision and care, collaborating with painters and estimators to deliver quality results.

With at least two years of hands-on collision repair, you’ll work on full-collision projects, lift up to 50lbs, and contribute to a safe, efficient shop.

Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair skills, including blueprinting.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a shop environment.
• Team-oriented with collaboration across body shop roles.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision and no shortcuts.
• Handle full collision repair—from fender to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality finish and proper fit of reassemblies.
• Work collaboratively with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
