Caliber Collision Lakeland is seeking an experienced auto body technician to repair frames and panels to factory specs. You will blueprint repairs, perform full collision work, and ensure safe, quality rebuilds.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of wreck repair, know frame and structural repair, and can lift up to 50 lbs. We value teamwork, attention to detail, and eligibility to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural repair know-how; able to pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts and perfected welds.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision; no guesswork.
• Handle full collision repair—from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to return cars to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work collaboratively with team to move cars efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
