You’ll collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office to move cars efficiently through a busy shop. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of repair experience, frame and structural know-how, and a detail-oriented, safety-conscious mindset.

Qualifications

• At least two years fixing wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how for pulling, straightening, and squaring.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tight bolts and precise welds.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from minor to major.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
