Qualifications

• Two years of hands-on collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how; pull, straighten, square up.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it and fix right first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tighten bolts, welds accurate.
• Physically fit; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; work with painters, estimators, front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repairs from minor to major.
• Conduct panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and finish.
