Caliber Collision's Hickory Hollow Service Center is dedicated to getting customers back on the road quickly and safely. Our teams work with modern equipment to repair everything from fender benders to frame damage, following blueprints and factory specs.

We hire hands with at least two years of collision repair experience, frame and structural know-how, and a no-shortcuts attitude. You’ll lift up to 50lbs, collaborate with painters and estimators, and join a company that invests in skills like

Qualifikationen

At least two years of collision repair experience.
Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, and square.
No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint and fix right the first time.
Sharp eye for detail: tighten bolts, welds, and accuracy.
Physically fit: lift up to 50 lbs.
Team-first attitude: collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Aufgaben

Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
Full collision repair from minor to major damage.
Panel and structural work to factory specs.
Quality reassembly and final touches.
Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
