The role emphasizes teamwork with painters, estimators, and front office staff, with emphasis on quality finishes and safety. Candidates should have at least two years of collision repair experience, frame and structural know-how, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Able to pull, straighten and square frames to factory specs.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from fender to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and fit/finish.
• Collaborate with team members across shop functions and keep work area clean.
