Caliber Collision in Memphis is seeking skilled technicians to repair vehicles after collisions. With at least two years of hands-on experience, you’ll blueprint, repair, and restore frames to factory specs using modern equipment.

You’ll work with painters, estimators, and front office staff, embrace a no-shortcuts mindset, stay physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs, and contribute to a team that values quality, safety, and timely, road-ready results.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square up.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail and precise reassembly.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with clean, precise results.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Work on panel and structural alignment to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and finish with safe, road-ready vehicles.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safety-conscious work environment.
