Job summary

Caliber Buffalo is seeking skilled collision repair technicians to perform full repairs from start to finish in a fast-paced shop environment.

You’ll work with a team of painters, estimators, and front office staff, uphold safety and quality, and advance your career with modern equipment and training opportunities.

With at least two years of experience, frame/structural know-how, and a detail-oriented mindset, you’ll fit in well and have a path toward growth with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, and square it up.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Tight bolts, welds, and no excuses with a sharp eye for detail.
• Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented collaboration with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork or shortcuts.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with team to move cars efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
