Job summary

Better Collision Centers Inc. is seeking a Body Technician to perform disassembly, repair, and reassembly of collision-damaged vehicles, with frame and structural repairs to OEM standards.

The candidate will work with a supportive team in a busy body shop and must meet physical requirements. The role offers commission-based pay with weekly minimums, weekly paid, PTO, holidays, and full benefits including health, dental, vision, and disability insurance, with growth opportunities as the company

Qualifications

• Technical school or 3+ years of body repair experience.
• Solid knowledge of collision repair methods and tools.
• I-CAR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Disassembly, repair, and reassembly of collision-damaged vehicles.
• Frame and structural repairs to OEM standards.
• Panel replacement, alignment, and body component repair.
• Collaborate with the team to keep production moving.
