Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking skilled collision repair technicians to join our Valley Ranch service center in Texas. You will perform full collision repairs, from blueprinting to final reassembly, collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move vehicles efficiently.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of experience, strong frame and structural knowledge, and a meticulous eye for detail. Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and be eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how for pulling, straightening and square alignment.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: tighten bolts, perfect welds, no excuses.
• Must be physically fit, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude: collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and finish for accurate fit.
