Job summary

Collision Service Center in Schaumburg, IL is seeking an experienced Collision Repair Technician to join our high-performing, family-owned shop. You will perform OEM- and I-CAR-aligned repairs, use frame machines and precise measuring tools, and help deliver vehicles on time.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of collision repair experience.
  • Proficiency with frame machines, measuring systems, and welding equipment.
  • Ability to read and follow OEM repair procedures.
  • I-CAR certification (preferred, not required—we’ll help you get it!)

Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality repairs in accordance with OEM and I-CAR standards
  • Use frame and measuring equipment to ensure precision repairs
  • Straighten, repair, and replace damaged metal panels
  • Collaborate with teammates and management to ensure timely vehicle delivery
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Communicate effectively with estimators and other staff as needed
