Qualifications

• Requires 6 years of practical collision repair experience or equivalent education/experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; vocational/technical training preferred.
• Specialized training in repair/refinish of trucks/trailers required.
• Proficiency with welding, paint and shop tools.
• Valid driver’s license and basic computer skills required.
• Must comply with DOT/OSHA safety policies and Penske safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform collision repair and maintenance on trucks and trailers.
• Identify parts required for repairs and document on repair orders.
• Road test vehicles when necessary and ensure quality results.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to safety policies.
• Work with supervision on more complex suspension, electrical, painting and welding tasks.
