Qualifications

• 6 years practical experience or an equivalent combination of related education and experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Vocational/technical school preferred.
• Specialized training in repair/refinish of all truck/trailer series required.
• Proficiency with welding, painting, shop equipment and power tools required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must follow Penske safety policies and DOT/OSHA regulations.

Responsabilités

• Repair and maintain trucks and trailers, including cab/sheet metal, fiberglass, frame, suspension, electrical and braking systems.
• Identify parts needed for repair and document on repair orders.
• Perform all levels of truck collision repair services and road tests when required.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and comply with safety policies.
• Travel as necessary and work at assigned location with minimal supervision.
