Crash Champions offers the Skills Training Education Program (STEP), a hands-on apprenticeship that pairs you with experienced professionals and pays you while you learn.

No collision experience is required—experience helps, but not necessary. You’ll be guided by a Champion Mentor through a structured curriculum to build real skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Able to read and understand a work order.
• HS Diploma/GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn the industry standard with high quality controls.
• Create a complete repair plan and perform disassembly/reassembly.
• Repair complex dents by reshaping sheet metal and applying filler.
• Learn structural damage identification and repair procedures.
• Set up structural repairs and three-dimensional measurements.
