Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Novi, MI is seeking a Porter to support our collision and glass repair teams. You will keep the shop and office clean, prep vehicles for delivery, handle waste and keep tools organized, and assist with transport to sublet locations as needed.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED (preferred), strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. You must be 18+ with a valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; automotive experience is a

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily housekeeping of office and production areas (garbage, floors, dusting).
• Clean and prep customer vehicles prior to repairs and after completion.
• Assist in transporting customer vehicles to sublet locations as needed.
• Keep parking lots and grounds neat and orderly, shovel sidewalks when required.
• Support WOW plan execution and general shop/office organization.
