A Day In The LifeA Collision Paint Technician II, under the leadership of the Operations Manager, Repair Center, is responsible for refinishing damaged auto parts and vehicle bodies in accordance with Original Equipment (OE) Factory and Toyota Technical Information System (TIS) quality specifications and time standards. This role requires knowledge of and compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations that affect body shop operations, including hazardous waste disposal and OSHA Right-to-Know standards. The technician will demonstrate behavior consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors.

Physical RequirementsThe physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly and repeatedly required to talk; hear; stand; walk; stoop; kneel/squat, climb, use hands and fingers, to handle, grip/squeeze and/or feel; push/pull and reach with hands and arms. The associate will be frequently required to balance; crouch, or crawl; reach over-head and taste or smell. The associate must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, night vision, and ability to adjust focus.
