Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision General Manager at our Radcliff location. This role involves overseeing the entire operation of the center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. The manager will recruit, recognize, and retain talented staff, monitor financial performance, and ensure vehicle repairs are completed thoroughly, safely, and profitably according to Caliber’s SOP, insurance standards, and industry guidelines.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of collision management experience
  • Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company insurance coverage
Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge
  • Advanced understanding of collision estimatics
  • Prior experience with CCC1
  • Strong knowledge of repair processes and procedures
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Physical ability to perform tasks involving reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting over 50 lbs.
