Job summary

Caliber Collision in Boulder is hiring a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, and manage customer vehicle check-ins and final paperwork prior to delivery. The role includes total loss administration and delivering clear status updates to customers while adhering to safety rules and company standards.

Our estimators can earn $60,000–$75,000 plus commission, with benefits from day one and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork per DRP and final invoice.
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans and vehicle status updates to customers.
