Job summary

Caliber Collision in Aurora, CO is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review repair processes, and manage the front-end workflow for customer vehicles. You will check in vehicles, prepare the final paperwork for delivery, and handle total loss administration with clear post-repair communication to customers.

This role requires 2+ years estimating experience and a valid LVPD Appraisers License.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork for delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans to customers.
• Provide vehicle status updates while complying with safety rules and company standards.
