Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, check in customer vehicles, and finalize paperwork before delivery. You will manage total loss tasks and keep customers informed on status and repairs, while adhering to safety guidelines and Caliber standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans to customers.
• Provide vehicle status updates to customers while complying with safety rules and company standards.
