Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator in Tracy, CA. The role involves writing estimates, conducting process reviews, checking in customer vehicles, and completing final paperwork prior to delivery.

This position requires experience with CCC1 and a strong understanding of repair processes, with a sales-oriented mindset. We offer competitive pay ranging from the high sixties to six figures, with benefits starting day one and opportunities for certifications like I-CAR.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
• Experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software.
• Strong knowledge of the repair process and timelines.
• Good sales orientation and customer-focused communication.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Write collision repair estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and manage paperwork for vehicle delivery.
• Prepare final customer paperwork (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans to customers.
