Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator in Fairview Heights to write estimates, review processes, check in customer vehicles, and complete final paperwork before delivery. The role includes managing DRP and total loss administration while communicating vehicle status updates to customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision work and DRP processes.
• Conduct process reviews and in-plant inspections.
• Check in customer vehicles and document status updates.
• Finalize total loss administration and paperwork.
• Provide post repair plan communication to customers.
