Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and assess their needs.
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork.
• Perform active customer deliveries while communicating with customers, teammates and vendors.
• Support repairs process while adhering to SOPs and partner guidelines.
