Job summary

Caliber Collision in Plano, TX is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, and manage vehicle intake and final paperwork. You will communicate repair plans and status updates to customers, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in collision estimating, a valid driver's license, and a current MVPD Appraisers License, with CCC1 or similar software experience; sales aptitude is a plus in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License
