Job summary

Caliber Collision in Wayne, NJ is hiring a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, and manage customer communications from intake to delivery. You will finalize total loss paperwork and provide status updates on repairs, while adhering to safety rules and company standards.

Qualified candidates have 2+ years estimating experience, a valid driver’s license (and a MV PD Appraisers License), with CCC1 or similar software, and a strong sales orientation to support customer service

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older; valid driver’s license.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to safety rules.
