Job summary

Caliber Collision in Bowling Green is hiring a Collision Estimator to prepare repair estimates, perform process reviews, and manage customer communications from intake to final paperwork. You will handle vehicle status updates and total loss coordination while following Caliber safety rules and standards.

The position requires CCC1 or similar estimating software experience, a strong sales orientation, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for repair costs and scope.
• Conduct process reviews and verify accuracy of claims.
• Check in customer vehicles and collect necessary information.
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair status to customers.
