Job summary

Motocruit is seeking a Collision Repair Planner (Estimator) who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator to create accurate repair plans and move vehicles efficiently through production.

The role requires coordinating with technicians, drafting OEM-based repair plans, and keeping collision repair advisors informed while supporting administrative tasks in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Prior customer service, front office, or administrative experience in automotive/collision industry is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with technicians to blueprint each vehicle entering production.
• Write repair plans based on OEM procedures.
• Clearly communicate repair updates to collision repair advisors.
• Support the management team with administrative tasks, data entry, and documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment.
• Assist with insurance claim processing and adjuster coordination.
• Source and order parts as needed during the repair process.
• Manage workflow for all vehicles in-process.
• Coordinate sublet repairs when necessary.
• Demonstrate a proactive attitude toward professional development and advancement.

Key Responsibilities

Work directly with technicians to blueprint each vehicle entering production

Write repair plans based on OEM procedures

Clearly communicate repair updates to collision repair advisors
