Toyota of Scranton is seeking an experienced Collision Estimator to join our Collision Center. You will inspect damaged vehicles, prepare repair estimates, and communicate with customers, insurers, and technicians to ensure transparent, accurate pricing.

The ideal candidate has at least one year in a fast-paced collision facility, strong knowledge of repair procedures, and proficient estimating software. We value integrity, teamwork, and commitment to delivering quality repairs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced collision repair facility.
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair procedures, structural repairs, vehicle systems, and estimating practices.
• Experience with collision estimating software.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare accurate repair estimates.
• Identify both visible and hidden damage.
• Utilize industry-standard estimating software.
• Communicate repair procedures and costs with customers, insurance adjusters, and technicians.
• Coordinate repairs to ensure an efficient and timely repair process.
• Maintain strong relationships with insurance partners and customers.
