Job summary

VIVE Collision in Concord, NH seeks an experienced Collision Estimator to own the repair process from estimating through final delivery. You will work with customers, technicians, and insurance partners to develop accurate repair plans and oversee jobs in a fast-paced shop.

The role offers a full-time schedule with a competitive salary of $85,000–$87,000 annually and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, HSA, paid time off, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years in automotive collision repair or estimating.
• Strong knowledge of collision repair procedures, estimating and blueprinting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with CCC ONE estimating software preferred.
• I-CAR certification or training preferred; active state license as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess collision damage with inspections.
• Prepare comprehensive repair estimates and blueprints.
• Develop detailed repair plans and timelines.
• Explain processes to customers and manage expectations.
• Open and manage repair orders in compliance with DRP and BAR.
• Coordinate with technicians to execute plans.
