Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator at our Greenbelt, TX service center to write repair estimates, review processes, check in vehicles and prepare final paperwork before delivery. You will use CCC1 or similar estimating software, follow safety rules, and communicate status updates to customers with accurate invoices.

The role requires 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and an active MVPD Appraisers license, with sales experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs.
• Conduct process reviews and check in customer vehicles; prepare final paperwork and invoices.
• Provide post-repair communication and status updates to customers.
