Job summary

Caliber Collision in Bluffton, SC is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform estimating, process reviews, and customer communications. The role includes checking in vehicles, completing DRP/final invoices, and finalizing total loss administration while ensuring all safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans to customers
• Provide vehicle status updates to customers while upholding Caliber safety rules and standards
