Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. The role involves writing estimates, reviewing processes, checking in customer vehicles, and completing final paperwork prior to delivery, including DRP and final invoicing, with ongoing status updates to customers.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years estimating experience, a valid license, and a DMV-qualifying appraisers license; CCC1 experience preferred and strong sales orientation to support repair workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork for delivery
• Finalize total loss administration and post-repair status communications
• Ensure compliance with Caliber safety rules and standards
