Job summary

Caliber Collision North Canton OH is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform writing estimates, process reviews, vehicle intake and final paperwork before delivery, including DRP and final invoices, while ensuring safety and company standards.

The role requires 2+ years estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, MVPD Appraisers license, CCC1 or similar software, and a strong sales orientation. On-site position with growth opportunities within Caliber.

Qualifications

• 2+ years collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post‑repair plans to customers.
