Job summary

Caliber Collision in Clinton, MD is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform all-purpose duties, including writing estimates, process reviews, vehicle check-in, and final paperwork prior to delivery. You will also handle total-loss administration and provide status updates to customers while adhering to Caliber safety rules.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total-loss administration and communicate post repair plan updates to customers.
• Ensure compliance with Caliber safety rules and company standards.
