Qualifications

• Auto collision repair experience required.
• Proficient in use of CCC-1 estimating software.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Estimate all drive-in appointments and complete the review process with the customer.
• Open all repair orders in a management system and maintain daily updates of repair plans and customer data.
• Use CCC-1 estimating software to update repair plans daily.
• Provide post-repair plan communication, including all vehicle status updates.
• Prepare and complete proper paperwork for the final customer packet prior to vehicle delivery.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure an efficient and effective repair process.
• Maintain current knowledge of job and technical skills, including OEM manufacturer’s repair processes.
• Perform work as outlined on repair estimates with efficiency and accuracy.
