Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator at its Myrtle Beach Service Center to write estimates, review processes, and manage customer vehicle intake and paperwork. The role includes finalizing total loss administration and communicating post-repair plans with customers, while complying with Caliber safety rules and standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs and prepare final customer paperwork (DRP, final invoice).
• Conduct process reviews and monitor vehicle status updates for customers.
• Check in customer vehicles and communicate repair plans and status post-repair.
• Finalize total loss administration and ensure adherence to safety rules and company standards.
